The workshops look at how to optimise the potential of your company through the use of Lean Design methods. The course will be split into three sections; the philosophy; the methodology and a practical. Throughout the first section we will provide illustrations of how other companies have been successful in using the Lean Design technique. The second section is spent understanding the technique and the rules you need to apply when using the analytical scoring system. Finally there will be an opportunity to put the principles of Lean Design into action in a structured, facilitated workshop.
